Ty Cobb Posted December 16, 2014 Report Posted December 16, 2014 The COWBOYS need this win in a bad way. Murray may not play. Doug Free and Zack Martin both suffered ankle injuries in the eagles game and their status for the game is still up in the air. What are your thoughts? Quote
jordibug15 Posted December 16, 2014 Report Posted December 16, 2014 I believe in my boys. They know what they need to do and I think they will do it Quote

Doug Free and Zack Martin both suffered ankle injuries in the eagles game and their status for the game is still up in the air. What are your thoughts? This won't be an easy game, but I'm hoping that the Colts have a letdown after clinching the division this weekend, and honestly, the Colts have looked like crap the last couple of weeks. As for our running game, we have two decent backups in Randall and Dunbar. A large part of Murray's success this year is volume of carries and the quality of the offensive line. If either one of the backups get 20+ carries and Free and Martin come back and play, it wouldn't surprise me at all if the backup breaks 100 yards rushing. Heck, Randall averages 7 yards a carry this year. All that said, IF we can't establish a running game, and IF our O-line is injured and sucks, we still have a decent chance. Romo's been winning 8 games a year every year with no running game and a bad O-line, so we could still pull it out. JWB 1 Quote
Ty Cobb Posted December 17, 2014 Author Report Posted December 17, 2014 I sure hope this link works. COWBOYS "Finish the Fight" video. Make sure you have the sound turned up! http://www.dallascowboys.com/video/2014/12/14/finishthefight Quote
jordibug15 Posted December 17, 2014 Report Posted December 17, 2014 Glad you posted that, I've been wanting to watch it and forgot Quote
baddog Posted December 17, 2014 Report Posted December 17, 2014 Haven't looked. Don't know if Indy can improve their playoff position. If not, they may rest some starters. Either way, Dallas controls their own destiny. Win out and we win the East. Tie the Eagles, we need help to even make the playoffs. Eagles win the tiebreaker. I think the defense steps up and plays like they did against Seattle. Dallas can still run the ball and Romo is having a phenominal year. When it comes to crunch time, I always look to the defense to make the difference. Side note......McLain is playing some fantastic LB. Need to work him in the lineup when Sean Lee returns. Quote
jordibug15 Posted December 19, 2014 Report Posted December 19, 2014 I'm trying to win tickets to this game!!! Quote

PhatMack19 Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Nice drive by Dallas to start the game 7-0 Cowboys Quote
PhatMack19 Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Wow Colts fake punt at their own 19. Wide open but dropped Dallas starts in the red zone Quote
bullets13 Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Another stop for the boys. They need to keep the momentum up. Luck can put points on the board in a hurry. Quote
baddog Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Need to rest Murray. I know he wants the records but I want a SB. Selfish of me but Randle and Dunbar fill in very well. Quote
PhatMack19 Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Need to rest Murray. I know he wants the records but I want a SB. Selfish of me but Randle and Dunbar fill in very well. I agree. No reason to risk him now. Quote
baddog Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Colt fans will say "if only he would have caught that fake punt pass". 28-0.......I don't think it would have mattered much. Quote
ST413 Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Romo has never looked as good as he does this year. Murray has definitely eased the pressure. Quote
baddog Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Romo has never looked as good as he does this year. Murray has definitely eased the pressure. Agree, and that O-line is keeping him upright. I am enjoying the defensive effort myself. Where do we insert Sean Lee next year? Quote
PhatMack19 Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Great 1st half for Dallas. Not so much for my fantasy team and Luck playing in the Super Bowl. Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 Not over yet. Gotta keep the lead. Quote
