I heard this a few months ago and it seems to ring true here. Charlie will do better with kids with strong parental influences at home. Sumlin will do better with kids who like to do their own thing. And Charlie prefers the type of kid who is used to strong discipline (no pun intended) from his family.

But Kevbo does do well with the youngsters looking for a Swaggy coach who will dance with them after a win...

You fail to see the difference, I have explained it once. 

 

 

Sumlin has been there, wins have declined since first year. Strong first year he wins 6. Ask me next year if his wins are declining like Sumlins are currently.

The aggies can recruit anyone and everyone they want. The problem is that once they sign'em, someone has to coach'em.

 

They have not done a good job of doing that on the defensive side of the ball.

You are right to a degree that A&M W-L have declined - but you also fail to understand that Texas IF Mack Brown had stayed would have been better that 6-7 - that is my opinion.

One last thing OT, I do think we will finish 6-7. Bit I notice you are predicting a win against WVU. I saw the Ags are a 4.5 pt dog against a team we whipped up on pretty good.

Not only did a big-time 5 star recruit sign with the horns, he brought with him a 4 star wide receiver, and spurned aTm very publicly. Once Kyler and Daylon de-commit, regardless of where they end up, UT is REALLY going to be on an upswing.

Once Kyler and Daylon de-commit, regardless of where they end up, UT is REALLY going to be on an upswing.

Daylon's found to look good in burnt orange. Kyler will look good in green up at a little school in the northwest that BG is fond of.
