By obama's actions, also from the article, "President Raúl Castro declared victory for the Cuban Revolution."

Does anyone think that this statement by the communist thug in Cuba really bothers obama?   Remember, obama's father was a muslim communist!

This action by obama was a one way street.  obama got nothing in return!  A TRUE American would have insisted on change in Cuba...
