Big girl Posted December 22, 2014 Report Posted December 22, 2014 I read that he offered to waterboard Ted Cruz so that he can see how it feels. If this is true, it is hilarious. Quote
stevenash Posted December 22, 2014 Report Posted December 22, 2014 Big Girl- I am glad to know that you are a fan of John McCain. Also, Big Girl, can you relate to me how severe waterboarding is as compared to beheading? If you had a child who had been kidnapped and was buried alive somewhere and the only person who knew the childs location was in your captivity, would you be willing to waterboard that individual if it led to the recovery of your child? SKINS Posted December 22, 2014 Report Posted December 22, 2014 Waterboarding is a nice version of enhanced interrogation, been waterboarded myself in training, I'll take it over any other torture. Quote
LumRaiderFan Posted December 22, 2014 Report Posted December 22, 2014 John McCain is a joke..he probably sees Cruz as more of a threat than the terrorists. Can't have anyone spewing that lower taxes, smaller government garbage. 77 and RETIREDFAN1 2 Quote

stevenash Posted December 23, 2014 Report Posted December 23, 2014 I thought the great USA was above that. We dont snoop to others level. Period.Just answer my question about your child buried alive somewhere. Yes, it is the united states and we also shouldn't have a bunch of dumba$$es out yelling "what do we want" with the crowd responding "dead cops"- When do we want it? "now" Quote
baddog Posted December 23, 2014 Report Posted December 23, 2014 It's stoop. Some things are better left unknown for our own good. I know big girl won't understand but its not her strong suit anyway. If the waterboarding were kept secret, we wouldn't be having this discussion with big girl and that would be a good thing. Good thing waterboarding and sleep deprivation are all she is privy to. I sleep very well at night with a clear conscience knowing full well these things take place. Amphibious Rodent 1 Quote
77 Posted December 23, 2014 Report Posted December 23, 2014 Some people just like to side with Americas enemies so like a good soldier Yobama says to not hurt their feelings and let them go back and fight for their country so it has to be the right thing to do! Quote

All one needs to know about McCain, is that he couldn't beat the worst President in the history of the world. But, I do respect his time in the service. And that would be a little different than a community agitator. 77 1 Quote

John McCain sseem like a cool guy. Quote
stevenash Posted January 3, 2015 Report Posted January 3, 2015 If an election were taking place today, do you believe Obama could get elected again? Quote
Big girl Posted January 3, 2015 Author Report Posted January 3, 2015 It doesnt matter. He is the President now. He was elected twice. What sane candidate does the republicans have now? Ted Cruz? Quote

PAMFAM10 Posted January 4, 2015 Report Posted January 4, 2015 If an election were taking place today, do you believe Obama could get elected again? I don't know of much presidents who could get elected 3 terms. I probably wouldn't even vote for him. 8 years is long enough. Quote
PAMFAM10 Posted January 4, 2015 Report Posted January 4, 2015 I'm as compassionate as the next guy. But why should we care what the hell happened to these terrorist. It's nothing they could have done to these guys to make me feel sorry for them. tvc184 and baddog 2 Quote

SKINS Posted January 10, 2015 Report Posted January 10, 2015 We are the USA and we are supposed to operate under a different set of rules when it comes to terrorists. (We are supposedly the best nation in the world) We do, we don't drive knives under peoples fingertips, or chop of fingers and toestoes. And we definitely don't video and brag about beheading prisoners. We use only the most humane enhanced interrogation techniques. 77, smitty and PN-G bamatex 3 Quote
