Michael Jacquet III (Central Sr qb)getting 2nd team all district.

Memorial missing the playoffs.

The 4th and goal stop for Nederland vs. Central.

Newton trip to state dispute their horrible start to the season.

WO-S trip to state with their 3rd string qb.

Manvel getting blown away by Katy.

All the Beaumont teams making the playoffs in umpteenth years...

The back to back games we played against Central and PNG. The comeback win GCM played to break the streak of my Dogs. The horrible officials for our playoff game. Getting on the Crosby bandwagon, what was I doing lol. The MUSTANGS & EAGLES STATE RUN, and most of all raising that first Bum Phillips Trophy.

You gotta pick one bro!

Hardin losing 12 kids with a 29 man roster.
Kountze's G. Arnold
Newton - ELAM & co with team speed on both sides of ball.
Liberty - still no changes to school/athletic fac.(no improvements)
Ripkowski - OU Sooners - NFL prospect heavily targeted out of Dayton & was not even recruited hard in HS at all. Only small offers (walk on)

(Last one was off topic but a must mention)

Last but not least, how poor we continue to do as a region in HS football. Hoping for a turn around soon. This been going on far too long now

I would love to see Aaron in the NFL somewhere.. That boy is a beast.

great post. Kinda funny how Rippowski didn't get many looks out of high school with his size strength and speed. Any way the young man did great for his self and had a ton of potential.
