Two incoming freshman QBs and Heard. QB play cannot be any worse than it was this year. They also need to get much better on the O Line.
The Defense will be good enough to win a lot of games if the offense can be adequate.

I think Heard will transfer.

8 wins will be a vast improvement. Really just need to be competitive in every game.

TCU will be tough to beat for the Big XII title.

You say they will lose to Iowa State - I do not think so.

 

I think that 8 wins is very likely - assuming at least a little improvement in the offensive side of the ball.

 

I also will predict the Strong has at least one big upset in 2015 - OU or Baylor will fall.

Looks like he just put the home games in bold...not projected wins. I think 2015 will be pretty rough for Texas. Defense will be very young and will struggle. Don't care how good of a D coach Strong is...if the players aren't there a coach can only do so much. On top of that, if the O doesn't vastly improve those those young defenders will be put in some bad positions making success that much tougher. I've got them at 5-7

Well they went 6-6 without a QB. I think they lose to the same conference teams next year as they did this year and go 2-1 pre conference. I'll say 7-5.

7-5 is doable. 8-4 is possible, but they'll have to pick up a win against an opponent they should lose to, plus win the 7 games they probably should win
