I thought his speech at the Espys this year was phenomenal. He was one of the most loved and influential voices in sports of our generation, and he will certainly be missed.

I was aware that he had cancer, but I didn't know he had been fighting it that long.

Very sad to see that Stuart Scott lost his brave battle to cancer..my heart goes out to his family...he was one of my favorite on TV
