They don't do it by list in Hardin. Just put your name on a napkin. Wad it up, then the Superintendent sits down 15 ft away from a trash can. The ones he makes, get called for an interview then when you get down to a few left, you hire the guy with the least amount of teeth. This process is called SETX HF coach selection. Has worked for years for success in SETX. And that's all people round here want and can ask for.
