Suh will go to highest bidder if he is smart, cause 20% of his salary will end up in the leagues pocket.

Peppermint Patty
Not so fast, Mallet agrees to two year deal! Another report says Texans will sign Mallett and Hoyer. Texans re-sign Ryan Mallett for two years, set to sign Brian Hoyer The Texans will have have two quarterbacks competing for one job. The team has re-signed Ryan Mallett to a two-year, $7 million contract and is set to sign Brian Hoyer on Tuesday. Free agent deals can’t be made official until 3 p.m. Tuesday. NFL Network first reported the signings Monday. Mallett and Hoyer will compete for the starting job in 2015. Texans coach Bill O’Brien crossed paths with Hoyer and Mallett in New England. Hoyer was 7-6 as Cleveland’s starter last season; Mallett went 1-1 leading the Texans. The Texans still have veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick and 2014 fourth-round choice Tom Savage on their roster. By releasing Fitzpatrick, the Texans would free up $3.2 million in cap space. To re-sign Mallett, the Texans gradually increased their offer to the soon-to-be fifth-year QB, who had never started before 2014. Hoyer received strong interest from the New York Jets, among other teams. While Mallett has the early edge to be the Texans’ starter because of his familiarity with O’Brien’s complex offensive system, Hoyer has more experience (10-7 career record) and spent three years with O’Brien in New England.
