But to be serious, that would be the distinction. Some kids go with their friends, etc. If it's not official, you are practically telling them they can't go to any cities with universities in them.

My suspicion tells me that this will turn out to be a positive move for Coach Strong. Just feel like this kid would not have jived with the New UT philosophy that Charlie is implementing. Little Timmy seems too much like his uncle at the same age and in todays NCAA and social media world, I'm not sure one can survive the way the Playmaker did.
