king Posted January 26, 2015 Report Posted January 26, 2015 NFL has video of locker room attendant deflating the footballs. Quote
ST413 Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 If that's the case, being that they have been caught before in this type of thing, they should have to forfeit the game. I know it's too late or not going to happen but it should and Indy should play Sunday. Quote
Baba Ganoush Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 The NFL changed the balls at halftime. The score in the second half was 28-0. They will most likely get a good punishment, but the ball did not affect that game. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

But it is at least the second time they have been caught cheating(if the above is true) which is my reason for dying such a stiff penalty should be handed down. Now what I expect if this attendant did it is for him to claim sole responsibility no matter what the case was. Quote
baddog Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 Why is everyone focusing merely on this game? Lots of games were played to get the Pats where they are now. Quote
SKINS Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 Mother Nature is punishing New England for cheating now. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
BlackShirts5 Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 Blount wasn't throwing passes to himself with flat balls. The Ravens prolly paid the ball guy to deflate the balls. Quote

baddog Posted January 27, 2015 Report Posted January 27, 2015 So if I win a lot it's ok to cheat further down the line? My point was obviously not clear. I am concerned that everyone is focusing on the cheating in this game only, when in fact, the Pats have cheated their way to winning their division and earning a bye. Quote

Very true that the running game was working. Pats could have won without cheating. Colts played terribly. How many other teams lost to the Pats this year? Save this one game, the Pats go as Brady goes. Quote
Peppermint Patty Posted January 30, 2015 Report Posted January 30, 2015 Heard this morning that the deflating of footballs never happened. Anyone else hear this? Quote

bullets13 Posted January 30, 2015 Report Posted January 30, 2015 I heard a scientist say that deflating the balls by 2 lbs would allow a qb to depress the ball about a dime's-width more than usual. I'm not sure how accurate that statement was, just telling what I heard. Quote

Baba Ganoush Posted February 2, 2015 Report Posted February 2, 2015 Now what?! Should they still forfeit the trophy and lose all their picks and ban the coach and burn the stadium? http://www.businessinsider.com/new-england-patriots-deflategate-balls-2015-2 Quote
SKINS Posted February 2, 2015 Report Posted February 2, 2015 Ban the QB, lose a first, and ten million Cap space. Quote
