OldTimer Posted February 24, 2015 Report Posted February 24, 2015 Who know at this point - if baseball throws around ridiculous money at him he will be gone - I think that he will be a two sport player at Texas A&M at this time. Quote
king Posted February 24, 2015 Author Report Posted February 24, 2015 Miami has 19 recruiting right now. They must not see how bad of a coach Golden is Quote

This is my thinking right now as well. Same things were said, and probably in stronger terms, about Patrick Mahomes last year. Son of a big league pitcher, he was never "supposed" to make it on campus at Tech. Except he consistently said he would be there. Then, his draft stock fell and a year later, he's the incumbent starter at Tech at the QB position and playing baseball for the Red Raiders too. It's wayyy too early to assume Murray will be drafted high enough to command big money in the MLB. I would bet he's in school come the fall if I had to make a bet. Quote

PhatMack19 Posted May 22, 2015 Report Posted May 22, 2015 Interesting @Joseph_Duarte: BREAKING | Houston picks up commitment from 5* DT Ed Oliver of Westfield, No. 2 prospect in state of Texas. Huge pickup for Tom Herman His brother and HS head coach are now at U of H. He mentioned wanting early playing time so I'm sure that had something to do with it. He could have had his pick of schools across the country that would provide more exposure than Houston Quote

HurricaneCal Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Houston and SMU ahead of Texas and Oklahoma, I don't think either will finish ahead of them, but surprising they are at this stage in the game. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
