The winners of these 2 games will play Saturday in Aldine ISD - Campbelle Center @ 1.

Saw where after their last game the A&M coach said not many teams press them because they are quick. I'm thinking that may play into Lumberton's favor.

Rudder has been the team that I was most worried about on our side.  They have some strong wins.  In my opinion this is our best team since we won state in 1997, but when you get this far, all the teams are good and the best team doesn't always move on to state.

 

Hopefully it's a Lumberton / BH Regional final.  That would be a loud crowd.

Idk, I was really impressed with the BH team from 12 who went to state. Should have won it that year imo.
I have to agree though that a Lumberton BH final to go to San Antonio would be a great one.

I thought Manvel was the toughest in the region  in 2012 and then probably Ozen.  Ozen upset Manvel and then I think took us lightly.  We played lights out during that Regional final and won by 27 after winning the previous two games by less than 15.

 

It will be who matches up the best and who steps up their game at the right time.

Hopefully our pre-district games have helped us get ready.  4 of the teams we played will be playing 6A regional games this week.

 

The Georgetown game was good for Lumberton to play a top team earlier also.

Man, tough schedule to play playoff level games on back to back days. Hopefully we win and get enough rest for the next day to go hard again.

We should have won that game against Georgetown. I wish we had played more teams of that caliber but SETX is lacking superior basketball teams Like them.

Send offs are great for the kids and they will cherish the whole experience of the playoffs for a long time.

Just a thought, Lumberton Is the only unranked team left in our region. Anyone say underdogs?

All 4 games today should be fun to watch in the Campbell Center.  I hate that I won't be there.
