lonestar Posted February 2, 2007 Report Posted February 2, 2007 A&M has an even bigger game Saturday to worry about first.....
Morgan Posted February 2, 2007 Report Posted February 2, 2007 i am not getting involved in this argument :
20FAN07 Posted February 2, 2007 Report Posted February 2, 2007 Its going to be a good game, both have some big guys under the goal.
Morgan Posted February 2, 2007 Report Posted February 2, 2007 but i do think kevin durant will make a difference.....

Aggie1212 Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 I dont know why everyone is making such a big deal about this game...I know its a rivalry and anything can happen...But seriously...The Aggies have an older more experience starting five...The Aggies have Acie LawThe Aggies have Joesph JonesThe Aggies have Josh CarterThe Aggies have Antauvis KavaliskusAnd the longhorns have... Kevin Durant...Last time i checked it takes more than one player to defeat a top ten team at home.... End of subject
ofballer123 Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 The aggies took care og oklahoma state and there star odden. and they beat kansas so they should have no problem with texas

End of subjectyea but kevin durant is prolly one of the top 5 players in the nation and the aggies starting 5 are just average players that together  make up a good starting 5
AggiesAreWe Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 yea but kevin durant is prolly one of the top 5 players in the nation and the aggies starting 5 are just average players that together  make up a good starting 5I would not consider Acie Law average. Kansas players said he was the best they faced all year, and they have played some pretty good teams and players already this season, beat Florida earlier this year. You saying Acie is average shows either what little you know of the game or just an Aggie hater. Probably both.
lonestar Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 Wow, so the player that ESPN calls the best point guard in America (Acie Law) is just average? Interesting.
PANTHERPLAYA09 Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 what idiot said that the ag's starting 5 is AVERAGE??? thats the biggest lie since,since....................EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guest RBarker Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 what idiot said that kevin durant is all texas has... have u watched augustine or james play they are some really talented freshmen...i say texas shocks a&m  TX wins by 5
cards_mom Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 I believe the Aggies will take this one. Â The Kansas game was something.................ashamed to say at one point I thought it was over when they were down by 16 (I think) but I will never count them out till the buzzer sounds again! Â Go Ags!
cards_mom Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Ummmmm have you watched the Aggies play?
Morgan Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 what idiot said that kevin durant is all texas has... have u watched augustine or james play they are some really talented freshmen...i say texas shocks a&m  TX wins by 5thank u.....finally somebody who agrees with me
beaumontballer44 Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 I'm not saying texas is going to when it A&M is a better team this year and it's in college station but anything can happen in a rivalry game. Texas starting 5 is 4 freshmen and 1 sophmore. If Texas keeps it close and durant puts up 34 and 13 that he is averaging in the past 3 games they have a good shot
lonestar Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 From ESPN front page:Freshman forward Kevin Durant. Senior guard Acie Law. Two of the best players not only in the Big 12 but in the country. Does someone have to give tonight? This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up Someone should probably notify ESPN that Law is just average though.
lonestar Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 The tip was delayed, but its on ESPN now.
lonestar Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 I hope that no longhorn fans are going to complain about these officials.
Guest Techsan Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 Lonestar I hate to the bearer of bad news but if you guys pull this one off I do believe the folks in Austin are going to be screaming bloody murder. There have been some questionable calls that have gone both ways. Bobby Knight would be dead by now with a heart attack over the officiating if he were in this game though. ;D
Guest Techsan Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 Ags have big MO on their side in the late going. I have said it many times I firmly believe that college basketball is the number one sport in where home court advantage accounts for the most.
