Guest sokkerfan Posted February 3, 2007 Report Posted February 3, 2007 who knows....... they dont make any difference on the field. i will go with matt kirby cuz he gets all the votes on here. they need to switc hiom and make him the best freshman.... o yea i do think kirby is good.
sharkfutbol Posted February 3, 2007 Report Posted February 3, 2007 I believe some of the freshman contribute big time. Cant pick a winner in the category. Too many good ones at lumberton and nederland and I believe vidor has a couple.
Guest Caddieshack Posted February 3, 2007 Report Posted February 3, 2007 #8 from lumberton one of the most impacting freshmen
WTB Posted February 3, 2007 Report Posted February 3, 2007 8 Scott Poole and 4 Wes Brakin from Lumberton, I like the Trahan kid from Nederland hes pretty good also
soccer14 Posted February 3, 2007 Report Posted February 3, 2007 KElly has 4 freshman who contribute constatly with 2 starters #7 Zack Clarke, and #19 Hunter Allen, Also off the bench Comes #16 Nat Lambardo, and #23 Taylor Zummo all are a treat in the game, plus those 4 plus Scott Poole #8 Lumberton all play together for select
Kellydawg08 Posted February 3, 2007 Report Posted February 3, 2007 zach clark has great handling and placement/power. unfortionately he needs to get both placement and power cuz now he can either smash it or put it with accuracy, when he can use both he will be a more than decent offensive threat. Also slightly hesitant in games but will be good witth more confidence
Guest sokkerfan Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 after today none of nederlands team is up for anything. t was not pretty the hustle they had. nederlans number 2 did good and that little 11 guy but the whole team needs to take a shot of want. they let them big guys win everything and were not at all concerned looking
hj_hawk_60 Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 We (HJ) have 4 freshmen... 2 start and are really good.... one plays Defensive Wing... and the other plays all over the place definately an impact player... he mainly plays (Center-Mid, Center-Wing, or Forward)...
jcb6790 Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 For lumberton a kid named Wes i think he plays sweeper for his small size he can hold his own. Along with him im gonna have to go with all the kelly freshmen mentioned earlier. THey all are def in my top five
LC-MSOCCER Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 all 5 or 6 of the nederland starting freshman...i played with these guys a few times and they have more really good ones coming up.
BrokeAlvi09 Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 KElly has 4 freshman who contribute constatly with 2 starters #7 Zack Clarke, and #19 Hunter Allen, Also off the bench Comes #16 Nat Lambardo, and #23 Taylor Zummo all are a treat in the game, plus those 4 plus Scott Poole #8 Lumberton all play together for selectthis is exactly what i was thinking kelly and lumberton both have a power force from their freshman
Celticfootball Posted February 5, 2007 Author Report Posted February 5, 2007 personly i think nederland has a stacked freshman team and they all play 100% all the time. They have about 5 or 6 freshman at witch 5 start. That #2,#16, #6,#11,and #15 have awsome combo passes together.
eSOC Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 best combos on that team are 2 and 6. and 8 for lumberton is tuff.
MANUNITEDfootball Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 I think his name is Lawler. He plays for nederland is very paisint with his marking. And for a little guy is pretty dang agressive.
sharkfutbol Posted February 24, 2007 Report Posted February 24, 2007 As far as the freshman I have seen. Not knowing what somes job duites may be. 6 for nederland plays center mid and distributes the ball excellent. As good as any midfielder I have seen. Needs to challenge a bit more but excellent. Or the little 11 for nederland who shuts down whoever he marks. Seems to have a good knowledge of his job duties, shut the attacker down.
pantherfutbol Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 ozen has all freshmen except 4 players
Piratesfan Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 I'm gonna have to go with Victor Ortega from Vidor. This kid is amazing. He has good ball control and a decent left foot for his age. And in my opinion he is better than some of the sophmore and juniors.
sharkfutbol Posted March 3, 2007 Report Posted March 3, 2007 I just posted Yea Yea is the best player in all the area. Now without a doubt the best freshman is 6 for Nederland.. Wyble. Center midfielder. good job
jvanw Posted March 8, 2007 Report Posted March 8, 2007 silsbees right defender on varsity i think hes kinda small blonde hair boots the ball half way to mexico everytime he gets the ball
sharkfutbol Posted March 8, 2007 Report Posted March 8, 2007 I will say I got all caught up in the scott poole hype. After watching his last two games. He isnt in the top four freshman. Nederland has two players that are better soccer players than he is. He is way to right footed and bangs the ball out of the back. That is kickball not soccer. 6 for nederland is a complete player, right footed left footed and always has his head up. Maybe there is one I dont see or noticed but I travel and watch the better games in the area. I have no affiliation with a school. He has shown to be the best freshman....in my opinion.
jvanw Posted March 8, 2007 Report Posted March 8, 2007 scott poole dont think so id have to say freshman wise austin barnes now best over all thats another story
