tvc184 Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 Is that place any good? The last time I ate there I thought that it was average at best. And forget the links......... Quote
tvc184 Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 That was about 5 years ago so I might have a different opinion today. Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted April 24, 2015 Author Report Posted April 24, 2015 Imma try it later this afternoon, im trying to see who has the best bbq in Beaumont. Quote
baddog Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 I would have told you Patillos, but my last visit was not a good one. The Texas Roadhouse ribs are very good. Quote

TxHoops Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 Drive to Orange and eat at JBs. Hands down the best BBQ in the triangle. As far as brisket is concerned, there is no close second. You would have to drive to Pearland and eat at Killen's to beat it. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

AggiesAreWe Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 Been hearing about that place for years, imma have to try it soon. All meat smoked in mesquite wood. But it was almost all smoked in pine last week. Had a little fire in attic, knocked them out of service for a few days. Back open now. http://www.silsbeebee.com/articles/2015/04/15/electrical-short-blame-fire Quote

tvc184 Posted April 29, 2015 Report Posted April 29, 2015 Tony's isn't special but it is good for local fare and is pretty consistent. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

Thats where I usually eat. The one in Mont Belvieu isn't bad either. I wish we had a Rudy's that was closer, I am going to miss it now that I'm moving back home. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

TxHoops Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 If you are a sauce guy, JBs is a must try for you. I had a buddy of mine from Houston that would stop in and ship a case of it to his dad in New Jersey every time he passed through. Quote
