Not sure. it feels like at least 14 guys named Terrance Williams have played for the Dallas Cowboys over the years. Maybe that's it.

it would almost have to be. the article about the shooting says he's 28 years old. he would've been 18 ten years ago, and your article from 2005 with the all-district had a guy by the same name from the same town making all district as a SR.
