how much does a timber company harvesting affect deer patterns?

 

1st time im dealing with this.  In my opinion greatly due to the lack of pics on my camera right now compared to the last 2 years at this time. 

 

THey are cutting right up to my west Property line, but not on my north property line.

Has anyone ever moved a ladder stand this late? Is it too late to relocate closer to a feeder for bow season?

Nah its not too late....   just wear gloves, spray some cover scent. and try not to drip any sweat.

I actually just tilled up ground and planted seed and moved my deer blind in ......the next night I had a big body 8pt eating corn and making a scrape.

Thanks for the information, but try not to sweat?  May as well tell me to get along with my wife. I just got finished cutting some underbrush there too. One thing is certain I won't do any worse than last year.

 im new to the sport i havent really looked up the rules, but how many arrows can you have on you at a time, i shot my first deer last week on my deerlease, there really easy to shoot at night belive it or not. i talked to the lease owner that night and he said i had to many arrows on me that night so i was just wondering

I think you can only have 48 arrows while night hunting for deer.

okay thank you for clearing that up for me i was worried about having to many, i have a deer comming to my feeder and its rack looks like its a basket i like the way it looks becuase the horns dont go outside the ears

Be patient. Don't shoot him right away. If you are really vigilant there are usually four or five just like him that will show up one night to have a guy's night and play poker around the feeder and knock down a few beers. If you are quick enough you can get all of them at the same time.
