Why Is Jeb Bush Running?

It's a curious thing why Jeb Bush is running for President.  He's been away for 10 years.  He hasn't done anything to further conservative causes during that time to lay the groundwork for a Presidential run.  Now it appears he wants to jump in the race.  And, now, what issues is he really running on?  Thoughts?

Why does anyone run?

 

The person running thinks that he/she has the best answer for what he/she perceives as the best direction for the country. 

 

What that is might be up for debate and if the person running is being honest but as to the "why", I think the sentence above has the answer.
