I can confirm this article is accurate in terms of negotiations and the numbers are close.  Under Armour set the record for a college deal with its $90M/10 yr deal with Notre Dame.  Now, they are reportedly offering Texas about 3 times the standard deal for a top tier college program.  However, much like last summer's frenzy with KD, I look for Nike to push back hard.  They don't want to lose their biggest college money maker to UA.  

Now if we could only "run this state."  And stop spending so much doggone money!!
