Did The Supreme Court Make obamacare Unconstitutional?

If it's a tax, it has to originate in the House not the Senate.  It violates the "Origination Clause" of the Constitution.  But, as we've seen recently some of these Judges may not be as honorable as we thought.

So based on The Constitution the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) should be struck down.  

LOL best not hold our breath.  Ain't gonna happen.  "They" ain't gonna let that happen.  There's a better chance Crosby will beat Vidor than the Supremes overturning Obamacare.
