Maybe they should change the name to Dept of M&I (Misinformation and Indoctrination).  In far to many States it appears their goal, instead of Education, is to turn out as many lock-step-liberals as they can.  Re-writing History, classes on PC social issues, relegion, acceptance of sexual behavior that many consider sinful.  Virtually all of this a young person should get from his home and family, not from some PC police person who patterns their actions after the SS mind manipulation of The Hitler Youth.  When I see so many, reasonably intelligent young people who can't answer simple questions concerning our country's history, I'm convinced, to much PC not enough 3R.  

Dept of Education?   Even the name is mid-information.
