Guest tigersvoice Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 what you mean by "bye"?I know that your school is in the 3A level. In 3A level, three teams advance to the play-offs, which gives you an uneven number of teams in the brackets. A "Bye" is what the district championship team gets in the first round - meaning they don't play in the first round. They get "By" that round and begin playing in the second round where the brackets are on an even number of teams - and will play out that way.
