Cheating on your wife and flying on a plane with a convicted sex offender and having sex with underaged girls is how you equate Trump with Clinton? I can see how those two things confuse you.

Bankruptcy and ownership of casinos is not illegal. Why is that a problem for you.

I can remember the end of the last republican presidential tenure, when many companies were on the brink of bankruptcy and were not hiring anyone

I remember that too.  And it was all caused by the subprime mortgage crisis , which began when the Federal Government pressured lenders to give mortgages to people who did not qualify for them.  Let me know if you can blame that one on Bush.

As bad as the last four years of the Bush presidency was, i would take him over Trump and Hillary, not over Bill though. With Trump and Hill it would probably be worse, the only diffrence with trump is we can probably add another costly war.

Donald Trump has flip flopped his positions more than john kerry did, and I am sure that there is nothing to hide on his taxes.

My guess is that the left already knows about Mr. Trumps taxes ( can you say Lois Lerner?) and this is no different than when Mr. Integrity, Harry Reid stood on the senate floor and said he had "heard" that Romney had not paid taxes in ten years.  Mr. Romneys taxes were fine but the damage had already been done.  The left constantly questioning the right about paying taxes is a hypocritical gem.

Trump cheated on his wives, bankrupt his finances twice and runs a casino........

AT least he hasn't told the audience they can keep their doctor if they want to and that his program will reduce the average health care premiium by $2500 per year and that his program will provide "shovel ready " jobs.  He also hasnt promised that his administration will be the most transparent in history.

What I find telling is how many Democrats are concerned about Trump being President.  If he is as horrible as you say he is, the American people will not vote for him. If he is truly the Republican nominee(which looks like he is), that should be an instant win for Hillary. You guys should stay quite and let him run.........

But, that does not seem to be the case..........

Good or bad obamacare was meant to help the american people. Maybe instead of obamacare we needed to create another agency to keep the insurance company's, medical institutions and docters in check. like i said before if the republicans had done anything about the problems with the medical system there would be no affordable care act. Look at what the insurance agencys have done with homeowners, some people have had state farm for 30 yrs, state farm had to [ay for a few hurricanes, then dropped those risky clients. thats the reason that we have referees at sports events, if we didn't someone would cheat and get out of hand.

4 of 10 want to block him. Which means 6 of 10 want to keep him. That's a higher percentage of people that want to keep him than the percentage of votes Obama received in his "landslide" victory.

Obama undeafeated against republicans for president, his family has lived in the white house for 8yrs. if Cruz had become president their would have been a hell of a cleaning and remodel job in the white house

The cleaning would consist of shredding a whole bunch of executive orders.

Seriously, you don't think that taking money from people, who have worked their entire lives and contributed to the system so that there would be money for them in their golden years, and giving it to people who are young, able bodied individuals who have never worked or contributed one red cent their entire lives is not cheating? Where is your referee? Anyone who thinks this is right has absolutely no conscience. Next time you visit grandma and she needs food or her meds filled, tell her the bum down the street needed it more.

Don't ever preach cheating again.

    • Well Mustang fans it's time for my annual end of season rant. I've had so much company up here on the soapbox that I may have to start charging rent. After 3 years I don't think anything needs to be said. We all know what's wrong. We all know why. So what's the decision at the next board meeting? IMO, there's been enough imaginary success for the board to rubber stamp the Superintendent's vision for our future student athletes. #make every second count Due to soft scheduling and a weaker than normal district. The luck of knocking off 2 ranked opponents early when they were not healthy or still trying to figure it out. Also led to a premature ranking and a hollow DCTF weekly award. The 2 late season losses vs ranked teams proves what we know has been the biggest problem.  Football 19-15 .559 Baseball 9-35 .205 Basketball 19-35 .352 GBB 11-29 .275 Softball 1-22 .043 Volleyball 0-38 .000 Overall 59-174 .253   For anyone living in the district, I ask that you contact you're elected board members publicly and privately. Don't let them think this is exceptable. Be the solution to the equation. Not the divisor. This starts at the top and falls heavily upon those walking the halls. They deserve better.
    • I don't think it's 6-5 maybe 4-3
    • Sounds like a good idea, and something’s been needed for a long time. I know—where my kids & grandkids live now (DFW area)—schools are like revolving doors for athletic purposes. I don’t think the DPISD & LPISD option enrollment are anywhere like that. I assume it’s pretty above board since it was an arrangement apparently agreed to also by the state. I do know some kids that went to LPISD elementary schools in DP chose to go to DPHS because of the district rating. (Of course, at the time, DPISD and DP in general wasn’t very racially mixed like La Porte.) LPISD has a high number of kids on assistance programs compared to DP. Say what you will, it does make it more difficult for educational purposes and scores can reflect as much. LPISD is still rated high even with that challenge. Some of the kids that chose DPHS were very solid athletes that I’m sure LP would love to have had attend LPHS. Of course, part of the big rivalry between DP & LP has always been because DP ‘looked down’ on LP even though we worked side-by-side. Now that Shell DP refinery has been sold to PEMEX, DP is changing. Some aren’t happy about it. Some of us in LP are kinda tickled about it after the history.
