I mean shoot, a lot of people forgave George Wallace & voted for him. Hmmm

You do know that Wallace wasn't actually racist, right? He took that stance to become and stay governor. Before politics he was the fairest judge in Alabama to both races.

I'll give credit where it's due. Quanell X, for once, got something right.

That said, I still have vivid memories of this man hosting a rally in Lumberton at which he called for the entire city to be burned to the ground on live television in the name of ruining the lives of four police officers, citing entirely premature allegations made against them on very shaky grounds that were later utterly refuted by the detailed analysis of an independent, unbiased authority.

Perhaps he's learned something in the six short years since then. If he has, only time will tell. Personally, I'm not holding my breath.

QX is in the public relations business and usually on the wrong side of an argument. He sees the opportunity and has jumped at it.

Three officers were killed so far this year in Houston/Harris County and five since 2013 with Deputy Goforth simply being the latest.

I wonder why he chose this one and not the others for such a humanitarian.
