QueenPirate Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 (edited) Another pooch. Fair catch called. We fumble the ball. CV ball on V 28. TO #4.they were not botched. They were pooched. They do it every kick. Should have been scouted.I call it botched.... Either way, the one we fumbled, the kid had no business backing up to catch it!! He knew he had a man behind him. no-look Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 Hide the women and children. This could get ugly Quote
Piratefootball/baseball2 Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 This is sad, and the worst part is that they have multiple athletes to put on kickoff return to let catch these balls. If your guys drop 2 kick returns and dont even attempt to get on the first one, someone who can return kicks and have an idea of what's going on needs to put put there. Maybe one day vidor will teach these kids some ball skills, especially the ones who are going to possibly have the ball in their hands. pretty sure sean obannion is a coach there, let him teach the kids how you return a ball or a lil something about ball skills. The "mistake" is our kids not knowing how to catch the ball or watching the opponent pick it up. Quote
Curelover32 Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 35-7. 5:27 left in 1st half. Quote
Tim Riggins Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 Already is pretty ugly. Vidor needs to work on the clock, quit turning the ball over and keep it out of Falcon's hands to keep it from getting really ugly. Quote

Piratefootball/baseball2 Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 Berg is a good athlete and catches punts very well but I personally know a few other kids who are also very good with their ball skills and returning kicks/punts but aren't put to use. Quote
Curelover32 Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 Worst part of that was watching CV scamper out of bounds to perserve time to go up by 5 tds before half. Halftime finally. Quote
Tj yellow jacket Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 Wow it's getting ugly fast! Quote
Hagar Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 35-0 after one? 4X35 = 140! Unfortunately my "over 100" is looking good. Just like Vidor to score 35 this 2nd Qtr. Quote

TITAN POWER Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 If Vidor doesn't want them to score anymore than stop them. Quote
Curelover32 Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 Btw, his name is HURTS not Hurd (the CV qb)Looked it up. Your right. Sounded like "Hurd" when they announced it.I hear too much about Katy and Cinco Ranch area players on my side of town. DIdn't realize he was this talented. Quote
Curelover32 Posted September 12, 2015 Report Posted September 12, 2015 This game gives me flashbacks to 1991...except with actually have points. Lol Quote
