Vandy was preseason Top 10 and picked to finish 2nd in the SEC.  They have struggled to meet expectations, but they have talent.  Should be a good matchup.

So what the challenge winner get?

 the horns have put themselves in position to make the tourney with their performance over the last couple of weeks.  that being said, they've got #1 OU twice, #17 Baylor twice, #9 WVU, #14 ISU, and #4 KU coming up.  Not sure how many wins they're going to need to get to, but i expect another quality win or two out of all those ranked opponents, and probably 18-19 wins for the season.  That ought to be enough combined with their quality wins already, and their insanely difficult schedule.  we'll see, though.

Yep, we miss "little brother".

Smart has Texas able to play with anybody. I like the freshmen and I really like Ibeh (pronounced ebay). What a shot blocking machine. Texas will make the tournament. Everybody loves to talk SOS, like bulldogbacker said, Texas has played the toughest schedule and done very well.

He's been the difference in this run.  (Well, that and Shaka is a sideline wizard.)  Has really stepped it up since Ridley went down. To a surprising extent, at least to me.
