AshlyHasBeen Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 PN-G wins 45-10. Indians just cover that 33 point spread with very vanilla look tonight. Quote
prepballfan Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Ball game Indians win 45-10 Quote
WOSgrad Posted September 25, 2015 Author Report Posted September 25, 2015 Nice job by Coach Faircloth in recognizing that he could run on Lee at will tonight. Lee came out in a 3 man front with linebackers and DB off of the ball. Cropper and Runnels gashed them all night. CAL2TEX, prepballfan, Mr. Buddy Garrity and 1 other 4 Quote
MAYFIELD Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Congrats to the Indians prepballfan 1 Quote

PNG Proud Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Nice win for the Indians. Really gotta cut out those injuries! prepballfan 1 Quote
prepballfan Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 PNG benefitted from some good coaching and a great defensive game. Quote
Silsbee92 Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Nice win. Keep up the good work. Quote
biaplayer Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Lee was very very weak. Putting your running back as qb was im guessing a last resort. Our Running Backs did a good job of tearing them up in big chunks. Im curious to see How Nederlands run game thrashes this team. Austin Crouts will have a career night, mark my words. We didn't throw the ball like we usually do because we didn't need too. With that being said was a win just wish we could get over this injury bug. Ready for a home game. Quote
Uncle Pig Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 how long has it been since Lee won a game? Quote
John Blutarsky Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Longer than it's been since I had a bowl of Wolf Brand Chili, and Neighhbor that's too long. Quote
Peppermint Patty Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 how long has it been since Lee won a game?2013They went 3-7 Quote
Gabe Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 I've seen the word vanilla used several times. What is vanilla about having 400+ yards of offense? Sounded to me PNG smacked Lee in the mouth from the start and never let up. Adam had 3 touchdown passes. That isn't too vanilla in my way of thinking. Quote
Former NDNette Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Probably stuck to basic plays, 45-10, wouldn't need to show too much. Quote
NDNation Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Vanilla = not a lot of fancy plays. I'm assuming that's what Shly meant. Quote
Gabe Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 I am a fan of ground and pound and great defense so I guess I look at that style of play different. Plus Ashly is an Aggie, what does he know? LOL Quote
NDNation Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 I hope this puts the lid on the " Coach Faircloth's only worried about records". We could have racked up the yards in the air last night. prepballfan, Former NDNette and johnnyarm 3 Quote
AshlyHasBeen Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Vanilla= basic offense. PN-G didn't exactly have to dig in their playbook to run over Lee. They used a lot of clock. This one could've really got bad if they stretched the field. No need to do that though. NDNation, prepballfan and CAL2TEX 3 Quote
outanup Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 I hope this puts the lid on the " Coach Faircloth's only worried about records". We could have racked up the yards in the air last night. Faircloth ran the football cause thats what the defense gave him, Lee committed to slowing down the pass. And ran it effectively. With that said, Lee is now 0-4 and giving up 36 pts a game. I still say the Injuns are the team to beat, but plenty of football yet to be played. Quote
FrodoNDN Posted September 25, 2015 Report Posted September 25, 2015 Logan doesn't have a high ankle strain, thank God! He'll be back maybe this week. Quote
