Vidor will beat some teams aND be a playoff team, no argument that Nederland defense has got an uphill ckimb, but their offense is tough to deal with.

seriously one of the worst defensive games I've ever seen Nederland play.  Great job by Vidor tonight. Nederlands offense is pretty dang good. Ugly win but I'll take it. GO DOGS!!

Yep, Neumann needs to see if he has a rabbit in his defensive hat.  Kids played hard, that's the main thing... Vidor is as good as we are this year, that's a good win.

get in line Rob... but seriously,  Nederland had no answer for the Vidor running game.  Vidor will be tough.to beat... and on another note, it was apparent that both teams havery placed their chips all in on great offensive play.  Just the way it is sometimes with team makeup.  I was proud of our kids on defense for getting a few key stop, that was a slobber knocker like it always is.

Vidor was pretty.clean turnover and penalty wise until late.  Nederland had too many penalties for them to win in my opinion, which makes it that much more critical of a victory.  With Lumberton stepping ip, we have a logjam coming for the playoff.spots

Defense made adjustments at half time and held Vidor to 9 points in the 2nd half.  We changed our defense for this game because of Vidor offense, but we still need work on that side of the ball.  QB play was terrific tonight.  It has been awhile since we have had this good of a QB.  No disrespect to recent qb's but the best I have seen since Hood.

I agree about the playoff spots being more contested this year, but IMO, PNG should be favored to win district.

Great game Pirates . Teams couldn't be more even . We both need a little D . Awesome offenses . Good luck the rest of the way . I don't think 1 or 2 losses mean anything this year for playoffs ! District is very even .

LeBaron is legit, he is gaining confidence as well.  Mobile and throw's a great ball, he will only get better as the season wears on and he has more game time with his receivers.  We know what Perkins 's and Mayfield can do, but the emergence of Fisher adds more fuel to the fire.  Takes a lot of pressure off Krause and the running game.

Vidor has 4 really good athletes on offense. The play calling was spot on and really impressed me.

Ned has the best quarterback that they have had in a very long time. He is a true qb.

On defense , both teams have some problems in the secondary. Png may capitalize
