Somebody tell the person doing the rankings for 3a volleyball.......

Hardin has beat Deweyville (TWO times) in straight sets. We should be ranked much higher than 10th or 8th.

That's great news, and well deserved for the Lady Rebels.  

I know this is wrong forum, but that same group of girls are ranked 7th in the initial State Basketball poll.  Good group of athletes for 2A. Yes, I'm biased.

I wouldn't put too much into this poll. They have Ozen in at t30 and they have 3 district losses!

You're right f1-1.  It's my understanding that this poll is primarily based on what coaches report about their teams.  Some coaches don't bother, and teams who are much better get left out.  Evidently the Hi Island coach kept in contact and last week they were ranked well above Evadale.  We beat them convincingly 3-0 and moved ahead.  Near end of year it's more accurate.
