I can only speak on Bellaire and Yates because those are the only two inner city schools we would practice or workout  in during the summer ball. Yates still have their communication program and haven't been to final 2 in a couple of years. Therefore, we can't say its tht program that holding up the glory for basketball. And no LED lights from what I remember
