Beaumont Central @ Nederland Predictions

I wasn't going to post about the Nederland student that came over to the Central side trying to pick a fight with a grown man, throwing up gang signs and saying something "13th street" and had to be escorted out by cops...but I guess they are just kids...he wasn't a football player but a known trouble maker because the police knew him by name...

For a game that could decide who gets the #1 seed in D1 and who gets the #2 seed, this thread sure has gone quiet...

It's quite simple, Ford.  This would be the game that makes Bulldog nation the most nervous...  We have the athletes to make life a living heck for them and we have the defense that can and will hold their one man wrecking crew in check.

Well Soulja....I base this off of the fact that they are playing against what has been a good playoff program team for a while now, the fact that they are playing in Nederland, and the fact that I honeslty can't remember the last time Central has beat them. So I guess you can say it is just a hunch. I hope the Jags win. I really do. but I just don't think they will win this game.

why would the Dogs be nervous? We are 22 point underdogs according to Jaguar Nation... Seems to me that we have nothing to lose. We were supposed to lose by at least 4 TD last year in this game so glad to see we are getting more respect...

That is 100% true, but will most likely be ineligible for varsity this year. He is a junior. They also have a 6ft 5" transfer they came over with him. They will have one heck of a JV team.

I can assure you this Bulldog O-line  will not be dominated by any defense in this district. If the "one man wrecking crew" wants a hole to run threw he will get it ! Just make sure you focus all your attention on him , that will be just fine!   Let me know how that works out !

we are just lucky to be on the field with a team like the Jags this year, last year, the year before, the year before... Should be a good game. Anybody expecting a blowout either way is delusional. Two good teams.

Well, Why did Central keep the ball on int?  Wouldn't that penalty have been assessed on the return if that were the case?  Only thing that can overturn an int is pass interference.
