Actually, if you look at the bracket HJ will be playing the winner of the game between the third place team from Navasota's district and the second place team from Wharton's district in their first playoff game. 

From what I know, the warm-up game is still up in the air.

i agree... a few years ago when Kountze played Houston Milby in the Valentine's classic at the Montaigne Center... i went and really enjoyed it...

HJ will be playing Newton on friday night. I think it will be the game right before the Kountze EC battle.

i agree... a few years ago when Kountze played Houston Milby in the Valentine's classic at the Montaigne Center... i went and really enjoyed it...

That was a great game.  Milby was #1 in 5A and ranked in the nation.  Some Kountze fans wanted Sutherland's head because they lost.  It was crazy.

It will kick the night off...Another big battle is set to take place before the Kountze/EC war, if ktz defeats Warren on Tuesday.

Lots of "IFs", that's why we can't release anything.
