Call me a dumb country redneck, but what in the cornbread hell is the EPA spending money on PR for?  I don't guess I've ever seen the PR.  

And for any young folks, and those uninformed, this is another Govt Agency which when started, actually did some good.  Problem is, there's only so many needed, make sense, rules and regulations, and then they make up things to justify their existance, and enlarge their "little empire ".

Now they've become an arm of the socialist movement, enacting regulations so they can tell everyone that has a ditch near them what they can and can't do on their land.  

Take them, and the Dept of Education and put them in one of their landfills and cover with clay.
