Silsbee Lady Tigers over Orangefield Lady Bobcats tonight in straight sets.

(25-15, 25-20, 25-19)

They had it all working tonight. Big time performance from Junior Mallory Brooks.

Lady Tigers move to 7-2 in 24-4A District play, 22-7 overall this year.

Everybody slept in tonight?   I heard Evadale won 3-1 over PA Hope, which I'd see as good news, bad news.  Bad, we lost a set. Good because it's an indication that the other teams in our Dist are raising their level of play, which will make the Lady Rebels better.  Virtually all the Dist games I've seen, the teams have improved.

Hopefully Mikasa will have the total stats posted later.

Not one of our better performances but give kudos to Bob Hope they are vastly improved and played us hard. We get everyones best game. We are still without one of our heavy hitters recovering from illness. Hopefully she will be back on the court Friday. Oh I almost forgot GD played very good. You can be proud.....

Nederland loses to Goose Creek 1-3, 23-25, 25-23, 23-25, 19-25

GCM is now 10-0 in district play. Nederland did hand them their first game loss though as GCM had won every match in 3 games up until last night.  Sounds like it was a hard fought game. Good job on the victory Patriots.
