NDN07 Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 Can anyone tell me anything about Vidor? Strengths, weaknesses, players to watch?? Thanks!
ARSENAL Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 dido about png as well..just to make it fair
sharkfutbol Posted February 10, 2007 Report Posted February 10, 2007 I watched them play alot. Its a mirror. Both play clean basic soccer. PNG is faster up front but Vidor handles the ball and attacks in a manner that will hurt png. PnG defense steps in. Game will be OT and the winning team will have four goals. I WILL BE THERE..
Guest takes_11_to_win Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 Where is this game going to be played? Becuase it will be one heck of a game, both midfields are dominating so it will be a well played game in my opinion.
Guest takes_11_to_win Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 Well I think that I will have to be paying a visit to the Reservation.
PNGjvStriker09 Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 PNG Jv plays vidors jv on the 13th and we are looking forward to a great game! Any predictions?
NDNSoccer Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 PNG JV all the way. what time do ya'll start so I can come early and watch some JV. I got there too late against LCM because of the injury to the LCM player.
PNGjvStriker09 Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 Im the one that injured that player and i want everyone on the LCM Jv team to know that the injury was not intentional and that I am truly sorry for the loss he was a great player! If anyone has an update on the status of the player it would be appreciated!
NDNSoccer Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 I am impressed with your post about the injury and respect you for your apology. I talked to coach Sandell and he said it was just one of those things that happen there was nothing dirty about the play. A lot of people do not think that soccer is a contact sport but it is. Good luck Tuesday I'll be watching!
Guest takes_11_to_win Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 ya the injury broke both his lower leg bones.
NDN07 Posted February 11, 2007 Author Report Posted February 11, 2007 I was talking to some players from teams that Vidor has played and they said that the biggest threat for Vidor is #15. They said that #2 has VERY good speed but tends to be offsides and that there sweeper #14 is pretty good as well. Anyone know anything about these players??
RedOnTheFknHead Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 its gunna be a good game....close hopefully...i play for Vidor and yall are one of my favorite teams to play and i hope the game goes a lil like the tournament game went but i hope all of our players dont cramp up this time ok best of luck to both teams and hopefully it will be a good game
v~freshman~p Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 im seein a real close game something along the lines of 1-0 maybe 2-1 goin either way
VPsoccer15 Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 im seein a real close game something along the lines of 1-0 maybe 2-1 goin either wayYour suppose to take Vidors side young one, lol...
v~freshman~p Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 my bad ......but yall tied in the tourny and its gonna be real close
VPsoccer15 Posted February 11, 2007 Report Posted February 11, 2007 Hmm.... send me a private message and tell me who you are. lol
Guest Bon-Mot Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 I think PNG's JV will have no problem dominating this game but i think Vidors varsity wins with their defense
v~freshman~p Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 hmmm dont count vidors jv out we did beat them in the nederland tourny and our defense has gotten a lot stronger
LC-MSOCCER Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 Im the one that injured that player and i want everyone on the LCM Jv team to know that the injury was not intentional and that I am truly sorry for the loss he was a great player! If anyone has an update on the status of the player it would be appreciated!yeah hes doin good. that guy was from hungary, so we kinda pick on him a little bit about coming to america and breaking his leg. hes got a huge cast, but hes alright. just joining the injured list with all the others.
Newcastle Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 PNGjvStriker09 thank you once again for your concern about our player. Coach Sandell was right in telling you that things like that are going to happen. Right after the game was called you came to me and tried to apologize and I told you the same thing that Coach Sandell told you. There is not a single player over here in Bear country that thinks anything else than what both coaches have told you. Keep playing hard...
Guest takes_11_to_win Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 I think that the Indian JV will take this one but it will be by no more than one point. Then both Varsity's will keep it close, if Vidor can capitolize on the opritunities(few will be given)and their defense can contain the Indian offense and watch the backside cross then they will take it 2-1 otherwise, it will be Indians 3-2 either in overtime or on a breakaway in the second half.
v~freshman~p Posted February 12, 2007 Report Posted February 12, 2007 do yall really think vidors jv is that bad i mean we haven't lost a game....besides west brook in the nederland tourny
Guest takes_11_to_win Posted February 13, 2007 Report Posted February 13, 2007 Didn't yall lose to Lcm's JV?
