Mods, Need Help

I need an avatar and would like "Butch" the bulldog from the Bugs Bunny cartoons. There is one where he has a green sweater on with the undersized derby from the cartoon "A tree grows in Brooklyn". I cant seem to get the pic to appear in my avatar. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Did you scale it down to avatar or icon size?

You will have to use a picture editor such as Microsoft paint or Windows Photo Viewer.
