A&M is a mess right now but SC is an absolute dumpster fire and Sumlin knows it.  How bad does a team have to be that the old ball coach can't even stomach finishing the season with them?  The bad part for the Ags is Spav can dial up whatever he wants, play whatever QB they want, and everyone looks good.  I doubt it will fool Aggie fans though.  They've probably seen enough and the savvy ones know the difference in playing SC and ole miss.  Aggies win handily and all 3 QBs could see action if Swaggy chooses.

I agree that A&M should win this one regardless of the drama.  But in reality this is a make or break game for the Aggie's - lose it and you may see real drama in College Station.

That is very true.  Would be akin to Texas losing to Kansas.  SC is dreadful.

Not trying to highjack the thread but Texas is very fortunate to get Tech on Thanksgiving.  Tech may still win but I think they almost certainly would have in the first 5 games of the season.  As with most young defenses, the learning curve is great and you see a big and steady improvement as the season progresses.  Tech would have scored at will on the defense Texas trotted out on the field early in the season.  They still might but they will see a much improved one nonetheless.

probably about right.  A&m favored by 16.5 over SC.   Who else in the Big 12 would Texas be favored by 16.5?  I'd say only Kansas.

no question.  Only a 6.5pt favorite at Iowa St.  So in Austin, that would make them a 12 to 14 pt favorite.

This is the perfect opponent at this juncture for TAMU.  They could start Bill Murray at QB and beat the Gamecocks.

oh c'mon, SC is not that bad.  Their defense certainly ranks near the bottom of the SEC, but if the A&M QB play is as bad as last week, it will be a close game.  If we go Pic 6 mode, we lose.  SC hasn't won a game in the state of Texas since 1957.  Better stay that way.

They lost to Kentucky and Mizzou, both of whom A&M would be big favorites against.  They beat ULL by a touchdown.  Not saying they are DII bad but A&M should win easily.
