BenchWarmer Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 the sad thing is hj27... sparks had a bad night against yall and still made yall look rediculous at the plate
hjspanky07 Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 i dont know tommy, hj27, i've batted off both and so have you, and it was tougher batting off sparks than angelle because sparks hides his ball so good, so it gets on you faster, and his curveball is better. the only strength angelle has is his speed, on paper.
Guest SWINGHARDINCASEYOUHITIT Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 hjspanky07, I was at the BC/HJ game and maybe I am mistaken but you all didn't even get a real hit. Unless you call that cheap shot bunt by your #2, (down 10-0) batter a hit.
bigred75 Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Oooo now them theres fightin words..........
hjspanky07 Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 i have nothin against angelle, i love that kid, i play with him on the sundevils but, im just sayn from my own personal experience that i had a tougher time against sparks than angelle, therefore, i believe sparks is better pitcher, not thrower, pitcher.
uniden Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Well imo I believe Angelle is one, if not the best, pitcher in the area much less the state (3A). I'm not taking any success away from Sparks by no means but Angelle is the better pitcher here.
highlightman Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 the subject is suppose to be Sparks being the 2nd best...not THE best...in 24-3a i think Sparks is the 2nd best next to Angelle
