I think Charlie is a good guy but not a fit at all with the University of Texas. I think it's time to move on. When you are rich enough to turn down 10 million additional dollars per year in shoe money, you can certainly afford $5 million for a few years. Not to mention you probably have a handful of donors willing to soften that blow. Unfortunately, I can't imagine he is an attractive hire for Miami or anyone else at this point so you may just have to bite the bullet and pay him to leave. Just my personal opinion. End rant.
