Yates basketball program continues to go downhill moving to 3A hurt them badly their not getting the same athletes of the past

Cy Lakes and Central headed for a matchup in the Aldine tournament this weekend. Deaaron Fox personally to me is the best player to come through Houston in the past five years. Played against him once in a tournament and it was bad news.

@TWalkerRivals: De'Aaron Fox's first game as a Kentucky commit went well. Finished with a cool 48 points per @dfwhoops.

Probably 25 of that 48 came from easy lay ups I'd have to see Fox against some stiffer competition before I can say how good he really is Yates gave up at least 80 points off non constested lay ups...I have the upmost respect for wise as a coach guy he has to know when to call off the press one guy from Lakes literally scored 24 points off of lay ups press isn't as effective as it has been in previous years

DeAaron Fox is the best piont guard in the country right now was Dennis Smith Jr. til he got hurt.. Fox will be a one and done player.. He scores in a variety of ways layups,jumps shots, dunks, he has complete game. And if you could have watched him play against some of the best this summer and in every single stage he was a top 5 player.

Fox is easily the best PG this recruiting class. Don't think he should be a one-and-done though because he needs to bulk-up a bit more before the move to the NBA.
