IT'S IN THE BONE
From my perspective I see Coldspring coming down to 3A - D1 and the only place feasible I see them going is into the district with:EC, Kirbyville, Buna, Anahauc, Hardin, Kountze, Woodville, Warren.....Coldspring? 9 TEAMSDoes anybody see another way than sending them this way? Everything north and east is 3A - D2 with no changes and the closest seems to be the district 3A - D1 district 14 and that twice the distance ...going North 3A - D1 district 11 which there again is twice the travel distance.SO...from my perspective...welcome Coldspring to 3A - D1 District 13! now this is all hinging on the official numbers which I have not seen just responding to a post by Bob4Life on the other thread talking about realignment numbers. HeHateMe
I don't see Coldspring in that district if they fall classifications. I see them staying right where they are at.

Whoopi Goldberg's Lips
Don't forget Hitchcock's district in region 4. That's about 1 1/4 hour drive. IT'S IN THE BONE
Guest
Rumors are that this district will be broken up into 2 (5/6 team) districts. That would make things interesting.I'd imagine Coldspring, Hardin, EC, Anahuac, Lamarque, (an HISD school from whats been speculated)Warren, Kirbyville, Woodville, Buna, KountzeAnybody else heard this?? AggiesAreWe
I believe La Marque will go Region IV in a district with Hitchcock, Hempstead, Palacios, Rice Consolidated, Industrial and Edna. Mr. Buddy Garrity

Guest
I would love to have Newton in our district. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. To be the best you have to beat the best.I don't think EC or Kirbyville is avoiding Newton either.

Yoe_09
I would say based on the amount of teams that will be in 3A DI, you are going to probably see two districts. Regardless, region III is going to be brutal. Here are two projections that I have seen:1. This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up 2. That would be a brutal drive 3 times for Hardin.

Guest
I think District 12 will stay the same as it is.I doubt that with Trinity and Coldspring needing a home. Especially when both of those towns are just as close as some of the ones already in this district that are traveling across three counties.
