Bowl Eligibility?

Good news Horns fans.  With 40 Bowl games this year, the NCAA says that it is possible we could see 5-7 teams in a bowl game in order to get enough eligible teams.  Teams with marquee wins, like Nebraska and Washington could get a bowl invite with less than 6 wins if there aren't enough 6 win teams.

I dont really want to play in a Bowl Game with a 6-6 record but we have a shot of playing in the Toilet bowl in Fort Worth so Ill take it. lol.

Meh, personally, I'd rather us pass and focus on getting an OC and finish this recruiting season out strong. And yes, I'm aware of the dead periods.

I hate to bust your bubble, but I know no Longhorn who wants to see a 4 win team playing in a bowl. We, unlike others, never need the money.

Ags were ranked in the top 25, then they were going to win the west, now they are still bowl eligible even though they have tanked. As long as they can still poke fun at Texas, then sucking is ok. What a mentality.
