Nederland up 38-36 with 2:00 left in the 3rd.

41-36 at the end of 3.  just tuned in, but it sounds like HJ had the lead from early in the 1st until right at the end of the 3rd quarter.

both good.  hawks up 3 with 37 seconds, hawks with a steal, and saladin makes a layup!  Hawks up 5 with with 27 ticks left!!

This game shouldn't have been close HJ couldve blown the doors off Nederland but the subbing in the 2nd qtr allowed them to close the gap...Nederland plays hard tho gotta give em credit #5 for Nederland doesn't care where he is on the floor the shot is going up ...again they need someone who can handle the ball and get ppl in their spots ...

Tired legs!!! Lol  Nederland has to clean up the turnovers. It's the same story as last year. They have to take care of the ball.

A game of 3 runs. After Nederland took a 6-4 lead, HJ went on a 21-2 run to lead 25-8. Nederland then out scored HJ 33-11 to lead 41-36 at end of 3rd. The Hawks out scored the Bulldogs 18-6 in 4th to win it 54-47.

From what I saw tonight, the start of the game was the reflection of a team (Nederland) that has played 6 games in last 5 days versus a team (HJ) that has played only 1 game the last 5 days. Nederland looked lethargic and HJ too full advantage.

Give credit to Nederland for battling back but HJ stepped up the pressure in 4th and shot the ball overall much better than Nederland. Miguez did not play well, looked tired.

Good win for the Hawks.

Not gonna analyze the game or make excuses. Neither team gave up and it was an exciting game to watch

All that matters is what the official record books says. Tired legs,  missed shots,  injuries,  transfers,  dim lit gym,  slippery floor,  bad/good coaching,  etc.,  is not of importance.
