DXTR Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 I think the stating five can compete with anyone in the area, but they won't get much rest. That will be a problem with Central. Quote
ST413 Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 Yes depth could definitely be a problem Tuesday! Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 It'll be a good game, but just like the problem in years past, Central's length will give the shorter Tigers Heck. Ask H-J. Now, there is a huge drop off in talent in hustle with the second unit, Silsbee will be able to make a run and push us. Quote
BADSANTA Posted November 28, 2015 Author Report Posted November 28, 2015 I think Silsbee 67 Central 64 Quote
TxHoops Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 I believed before the season these were the best 2 teams in our area. Nothing I have seen has changed this, in fact to this point, it has been reinforced. I am curious to see how the Lite unit from Silsbee competes with the Jags. The team the Tigers have on the floor can really go, but they are missing most of their quality size. BigWolf10 1 Quote
BMTSoulja1 Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 Silsbee 'Lite'. I'll just call them Silsbee. Unless we can call Central ' Central Lite' since the Big Fella haven't played yet.... BADSANTA, winwin, Tyler Dixson and 1 other 4 Quote

Tyler Dixson Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 I could be wrong but I don't see this game being close. Central by 15-30 points Quote

winwin Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 From what I understand, the UIL cleared him to play but the district committee said he couldn't. It's all very confusing to me. But he will only play JV this year. Quote

More to the story but there isn't a "final" ruling yet from the UIL. Quote
ST413 Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 I would not think that the district could overrule the uil. Quote
TxHoops Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 I would not think that the district could overrule the uil. District goes first. They ok'd. Waiting for UIL clearance. Quote
Who That Posted November 28, 2015 Report Posted November 28, 2015 Ow you can believe them Jaguars are going to know all about them Tigers when this one's over.. lol Not saying Silsbee is going to win this one but if they lose it won't be by no 15 - 20 points lol . But I am going to predict" my opinion" Silsbee to win in the upset. Over a sure spectacular 5@ #5 rank jag's team . With are with out our other guy's on the court. ☆SILSBEE LITE☆ Quote

ozensfinest Posted November 29, 2015 Report Posted November 29, 2015 I heard from a very reliable source last night that he won't be able to play varsity this year. And if he don't going to be a long season for the jags IMO Quote

BigWolf10 Posted November 29, 2015 Report Posted November 29, 2015 (edited) I heard from a very reliable source last night that he won't be able to play varsity this year. And if he don't going to be a long season for the jags IMOdude, long season for Jags. So, that machine I saw last night was a fluke? That stagnant Panther team I saw wasn't really the panthers?Im only asking cause it was my first time seeing either team. Franklin and company sure fooled me with how they had my Jags running the court. And of course #12 22 24 can't really be that good. HJ was just that bad. i think Central will fair well. Ozen will compete, but watch, it's the refs thatscare the hell outta me, seriously! Edited November 29, 2015 by bcjag Quote
BigWolf10 Posted November 29, 2015 Report Posted November 29, 2015 (edited) BISD is protecting the dignity of the rest of the District. By adding a 7'3" big man to what I saw last night would be unfair. But then again, there is those refs, lmao Edited November 29, 2015 by bcjag Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

Well given unranked Beta Version 4A Diboll had a 20 point lead only to lose by 5-6, top ten 5A Bmt Ctral should win this one. Diboll has no length/height and all were in football shape only, whereas all Silsbee kids that day only play basketball. BMTSoulja1 1 Quote
BADSANTA Posted November 29, 2015 Author Report Posted November 29, 2015 Silsbee just beat 6A Bellaire and they had a ton of size. Silsbee isn't #1 in 4A for nothing. They will beat Central by 3-5. Would love to play Diboll in regional again this year. Quote
