We can always put polls in the, “for what it’s worth” department.  The Real Clear Politics average of several polls is Harris at +2.  The Atlas Intel poll which almost nailed the final outcomes in 2016 and 2020, has Trump at +3 nationally and +3 in Pennsylvania.  The RCP average has Trump at +0.3 in Pennsylvania.
