He couldn't win at Florida but apparently he can at SC.………… lmao

Knows how to build a defense, just needs the right OC.

his defense left alot to be desired at Auburn this yr, he had the talent there. If he has a bad yr next yr at SC and loses to Dabo as well he might be out of a job again sooner than he thinks.

Playing catch up on the board tonight.  Watching the Steelers-Colts game and can't take any more of the Collinsworth jabber. Besides, y'all are a lot more interesting!

Here's my take on the coaching hires...

First of all LSU remarkably made the right choice keeping Miles. I hope they support him enough to get some more help. Georgia fired a great coach, but got a interesting hire. I'm a Kirby Smart fan, but it remains to be seen what he can do as a HC. He is one of their own, so I'm betting on him to bring success. Saying that,  Miami got a great hire in Richt. I'm hoping he turns around the U. The Muschamp hire makes no sense. If he failed at Florida, how can anyone expect him to succeed at SC? The biggest surprise to me is Tom Herman. His name has been linked to every opening,  yet he signs an extension at Houston. I do like that though. Great for UH! Lastly, I hope coach Strong recruits well and kicks some butt next year. It's time to bring some pride back to Texas!

In this in addition to Cumbie or instead of Cumbie?  Last I heard Cumbie was offered the OC with a wad of cash?

Texas is still one of the best coaching gigs in the country - did Cumbie turn it down?

Just trying to catch up I guess.

I get the feeling Cumbie is not coming. Strong's job status is too unstable.

This is "In Place Of".

I'm sure this will be the guy we wanted all along.
