I would think they feel this way because they know we had air superiority within days and kicked their butts in a matter of weeks, so they are puzzled as to why we can't whip a bunch of murdering marauders riding around in Toyota pickups. It's something that puzzles me also. Remember, isis does not fight against armed individuals. They are COWARDS in the biggest sense of the word.

Not sure if we are helping isis but we haven't done much to stop or slow them down up to this point!

I doubt that we are in some kind of conspiracy with them however our rules of engagement likely help their continued survival. I am sure the president doesn't want to offend anyone while we are killing them.
