WTB Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 wasnt Central and Silsbee suppose to play tonight?
pop15 Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 Silsbee2 Central 5It was a good clean game of soccer. Silsbee did not come with the "A" game.Central had more ball control which normally ends up winning.
SHS_ATW Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 i didnt know we were scheduled to play Italy
pop15 Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 You were not scheduled to play Italy.....You were scheduled to play soccer, no matter who you are playing.I am not saying that Silsbee played bad, but they played with more heart and desire from every player last Friday against LCM.
LC-MSOCCER Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 central is not as good as lumberton. of coarse, our score should have been a little less against lumberton, but you know how that goes. central is definatley not as fast.
centralmex13 Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 Friday at the game Central V.S Lumberton 5:30 P.M at Babe The tie breaker one will overcome the other finishing their perfect record this will be one of our toughest game ,but a good one see you there. 8)
dogbone Posted February 14, 2007 Report Posted February 14, 2007 "and that's why they stand out on top in district." You do know how to edit your posts, right? Be ready to Friday night! I think Lumb stands out more on top and its not because I'm "hating on" Central. Lumberton has the same or more skill players with lots more speed. Central does know and play the game very well, however I dont think they will be able to keep pace with those gazelles from the woods. Their attack is relentless and they dont stop once they find the net. They just attack harder and more precisely.Lumberton is not without flaws, but the time to take advantage of them is fading. It seems that they have come tegether as a team so its going to be hard to stop them.
SHS_ATW Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 i hope you have Hilea (sp?) as your ref
hj_hawk_60 Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 We (HJ) did good yesterday against Nederland... it kinda looked like they were thinking that we were gonna be easy to walk over... and then it was 1 to 1 at half... and they just beat us in the 2nd half.... and also i have to say that nederland's sweeper was really good, cause i was playing forward yesterday and everytime we'd get down there in the 2nd half he kept clearing it... also some guy i think number 6 or 8... had a white beany on... played CM i think was really good...
SHS_ATW Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Nederland's sweep was doing the same thing to us....it got annoying..lol
KFDM COOP Posted February 15, 2007 Author Report Posted February 15, 2007 Nederland boys 2, Hardin-Jefferson 1 NEDERLAND -- Winless Hardin-Jefferson cooked up an upset brew at Nederland but Rico Keeling stirred the drink for the winners after all. The Bulldogs senior midfielder produced one goal in each half as a flat Nederland club looked ahead toward Friday's visit to The Reservation. Yet in the one department that truly mattered, Nederland still salvaged a 2-1 win over the Hawks at Bulldog Stadium. Nederland (6-6 and 6-2) dismayed its head coach Rob Bledsoe by coming out flat but the Dogs owned a decisive edge in shots on goal, 23-7, and the thoughts of many Nederland players had turned to Friday's game at Port Neches-Groves. "We had a few players out so we had to move a few people around," Bledsoe explained. "We came out flat and I think a lot of the kids were looking forward to Friday's game."
SportsFanatic79 Posted February 15, 2007 Report Posted February 15, 2007 Boot it out? Yall sound as bad as some parents in the stands. I have never seen him "boot it out." This isn't rec soccer.
BulldogSoccer107 Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 No, he doesn't just boot it out..Ryan Washburn is his name, he is a sophmore, he is a great defender, I have never in my life just seen him boot it..he knows how to get the ball and get it going for the nederlands attack.
