lostaussie
Celina starting qb was also the one who fumbled at their 2 yard line. WOS defense was playing lights out! Congratulations on winning the state championship!! Let the haters hate, with or without their qb WOS would have won that game. No doubt in my mind at all!!Incorrect. 7 fumbled. 6 was the starter. 6 was already hurt when the fumble occurred. Inconsequential though. Some reason I thought it was him.. My bad, thanks for the correction
Gasilla
Hell the play he got hurt was because the Chain Gang had 11 swarming towards him and it was a loss of 3 yards! That's a fact not many want to mention, but when you use your QB in the run game against a physical defense it's the chance you take. WOS1986
I agree with you all. I am so proud to be part of this and boys who played so hard to win the championship game. They are deserve it to be STATE CHAMPION! Let's them enjoy during Christmas and New Year. I am not surprised that they will work hard in off season during summer time. I hope that they will stay focus and not overconfident. I am sure that coaches will keep them to focus. Again, I am still can't even stop and excited about finally won the state champion since 1987. If he is 70% of their offense , he would have taken 70 % of the beating. kicker, Mr. Buddy Garrity and Gasilla
GUNHO
I'll have to admit I never knew the # 1 QB was out of the game until late in the 3rd quarter.I must have missed the injury and didn't really know his number.I found out when I made a comment to my friend that I didn't see what all the hype was on him...I didn't think he was very good at all.lol
maniacalum2036
Apparently, their entire defense got hurt in the first quarter as well?Celina's size, physicality and equal (or better) athleticism was supposed to be too much for WO-S, but Jack Dallas and company ran up and down the field on them all day. WO-S also dominated them at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. The last sack of the game happened because Celina's huge RT got pushed back into the QB with a three-man rush. Also, WO-S didn't even really use the vertical passing attack, which was supposedly "the only thing we could do". wosfan1992
A WOS team with the average oline of 185lbs maybe across the board ran at will on the Bobcats. With the QB it's possible that it could've been a different game for them but also for WOS. We let off the gas early in the 3rd quarter. It would've just led to more touchdowns from WOS. maniacalum2036
kicker
We wouldnt have abandoned the vertical pass in the 3rd if we thought we needed it to win. We were going to win regardless if it was 22-3 or 36-17. They had zero answer for our Offense and even worse, their huge Oline was getting taken to the woodshed with a 3 and 4 man front that weighed 80lbs less then them. I dont care if they had Steve Young at QB, you cant pass or run when 5 guys of the opossing defense is in your backfield every play. maniacalum2036, Kj Dad, Mr. Buddy Garrity and 1 other

kicker
I am saying they are all 230+ easy. No way. Biggest one would be Joseph at like 240 so ill give you one. On O-Line its Joseph over 230 with maybe Ragsdale a distant second. I dont think even Rags weighs over 200.
